SAFARI BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
For All Africa Kenya Safari Tours
Upon booking confirmation, a deposit of 40% of your total safari cost will be required. The balance is payable prior to or at the start of your safari.
You can also pay the full cost of your safari at the time of booking confirmation if you prefer.
Ways to Pay
- Credit/Debit Card – You can pay online or locally at our office. There are no additional charges. Visa/Mastercard/Amex accepted.
- Bank/Wire Transfer – Pay from your bank, however, you are required to pay any bank charges incurred from the transaction.
Our company bank accounts are located in Kenya only. Africa Kenya Safaris does not have bank accounts in any City or Country outside Kenya.
Refunds – safari deposits will be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels and administrative costs. Please see table below:

Safari Cost Inclusions
Included in the cost of your safari are the following expenses: your safari vehicle, driver/guide as per itinerary, meals while on safari, accommodation, entrance fees to national parks, and game reserves.
Touring vehicles, pop-up top Safari minivans or pop-up top 4×4 Land Cruiser Jeeps will be provided depending on the tour program/itinerary and number of tour participants. The company reserves the right to employ the services of the same standard sub-contractors.
English, German, French, Italian & Spanish- speaking driver guides are provided upon request.
Safari accommodations costs
Are based on two persons sharing a twin room/tent. Single rooms are provided at an additional cost (single room supplement). Each hotel/lodge/tented camp listed is specific to one of the various levels of amenity categories offered and will be indicated as such (economy, comfort, luxury). Your safari accommodation will be confirmed in advance.
Alteration to tours
The company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate.
The company also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded.
Prices are based on tariffs and other operational costs prevailing at the time of publication.
The company and its agents act only as agents of the tours, transport, etc., and will not be liable for injury, delays, loss, or damage in any manner.
The company’s liability to passengers carried in its vehicles is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the actions arise.
The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors for all or part of the services.
The company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages to luggage.
Issues/Complaints on Safari
Any complaints that may arise during safari travel should be communicated immediately to your tour manager (in writing via email/whatsapp) for on-site attention, verification, and immediate correction.
A summary of the complaints (in case not addressed on-site) should be communicated to the company in writing within 30 days of completion of the safari tour for necessary action.
The complaints/issues raised will be investigated and addressed within 30 days of a formal complaint/issue receipt.
