Nairobi → Amboseli National Park
7:30am pickup for the drive down the Nairobi-Mombasa Highway, watching the changing light as the sun rises above the passing fields, with Mt. Kilimanjaro's unmistakable form guiding you toward the park.
Arriving in time for lunch, freshen up at your lodge, then venture out to see the park's abundant elephant families marching before Kilimanjaro's scenic backdrop, tracking lion, cheetah, giraffe, zebra and ostrich.

Full Day at Amboseli → Nairobi
Up early for a pre-breakfast game drive - if clear, you might spot Kilimanjaro's snow-capped peak, with the morning colors over the park as wildlife peeks out from the night's shelter.
A mid-morning game drive tracks smaller park inhabitants - hyena, fox, jackal, monkey and baboon. Optional Maasai village visit available. A final game drive and lunch precede the drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon.
Everything handled, nothing hidden
Nairobi hotel/residence pickup and drop-off, transport in a customized 4x4 pop-up-top Land Cruiser jeep, an experienced English-speaking driver-guide, your choice of economy/comfort/luxury lodges or tented camps, park entrance fees, all meals on safari, bottled drinking water, government taxes, and Flying Doctors emergency evacuation cover.
Not included: bottled/soft drinks beyond water, items of a personal nature, and tips. Maasai village visit ($25pp) is an optional add-on.
