Liability
Africa Kenya Safaris and its agents act only as agents for the tours, transport and services booked, and are not liable for injury, delay, loss or damage. Liability to passengers is governed by the laws of the country where the tour takes place, and all claims fall under that country's courts. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to luggage, and may use subcontractors for any part of the service.
Complaints
Raise any issue during your safari immediately with your tour manager, in writing via email or WhatsApp, for on-site attention. If unresolved, send a written summary within 30 days of your safari's completion. We investigate and respond to formal complaints within 30 days.
