The Masai Mara National Reserve is Kenya's best-known wildlife destination — open grassland teeming with lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and (seasonally) the great herds of the wildebeest migration as they cross from the Serengeti.
Game drives here are led by guides who know the resident pride territories and the river-crossing points the migration favours each season. Accommodation ranges from comfortable tented camps inside community conservancies to luxury lodges on the reserve boundary.

Amboseli Kenya Safaris
Elephant herds beneath Mount Kilimanjaro
Amboseli National Park is famous for two things: large, photogenic herds of free-roaming elephants, and views across the plains to Mount Kilimanjaro on the Tanzanian side of the border.
Swampy spring-fed wetlands at the park's centre attract elephant, buffalo, hippo and a wide range of birdlife year-round, making this a reliable park even outside the dry season. Most lodges sit with Kilimanjaro as a backdrop — early morning is the best time for a clear view of the summit.
